1) Which wood you use for construction ???

Ans: We use SPF wood imported from European countries which are best suitable for construction of wooden houses in India as per our experience of 10 years in the industry.

2)Are wooden houses treated for Water and Insect damage ???

Ans: YES we use Klin Dried SPF wood for construction of wooden houses which makes it naturally retardant towards insect damages moreover we do a P.U polish treatment on the entire structure internally and externally which covers the wooden structure against water and wood related pest damages.

3) Are wooden houses fire proof ???

Ans: YES Wooden houses are fire retardant as we do a full body chemical coat of the entire structure. Our Wooden structures are built with solid wood and moreover wood is not a conductor of heat.

4) Are wooden structures earthquake resistant ???

Ans: YES Wooden houses built by us are earthquake resistant as the wooden walls are interlocked in a wooden frame structure the walls do not collapse like traditional brick and concrete structures do in case of earthquake. Wood is a flexible material with elastic properties.

5) Why to use wood for construction ???

Ans: Wooden houses are built with renewable logs and are 98% biodegradable. Living in wood homes have many health benefits. Staying in it helps in curbing many known Allergies and breathing issues.

5) Are Wooden houses Expensive ???

Ans:  Cost depends upon various factors such as Elevation, Quality of fixtures etc. Wooden homes are naturally esthetic and do not require any extra interior expense thus making it less costly as compared to Concrete structures in the long run.
